About the Role This role leads the end-to-end S OP cycle, working closely with GMs, Operations, and Sales to align demand and supply, turn data into clear and well-reasoned recommendations, and drive better commercial decisions across the business.
At its core this is an influencing role.
As the business continues its transformation journey, you will spend more time out in the business, running planning reviews at GM level, building trust with senior stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to ensure the business is aligned.
You will be well supported by strong leadership and a capable team around you.
Key Responsibilities Leading and facilitating the end-to-end S OP cycle including weekly and monthly planning rhythms, with a continuous improvement mindset across planning processes and reporting Building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts by analysing trends, production plans, and commercial inputs Monitoring supply performance across a complex network, identifying gaps, risks, and deviations and working closely with production and operations teams to mitigate them Presenting insights, risks,
and opportunities clearly and confidently to GM level stakeholders Building strong relationships across Sales and Operations to ensure participation and accountability in the planning process Supporting the optimisation of planning systems to drive more efficient and insight-led ways of working across the business To Be Successful You Will Have Proven S OP experience and an appetite to drive meaninful change A commercial mindset that goes beyond planning, with an understanding of cost to serve, transport and logistics costs, and how supply decisions impact the broader business The confidence, communication skills, and EQ to engage with and influence senior leaders An energetic, curious, and humble approach with a genuine appetite for continuous improvement Highly data driven, with solid data management and analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations A background in a complex, fast-paced planning setting, with the adaptability to work comfortably when priorities shift and the pace is high Proficient in the use of planning systems and tools, with a willingness to learn and embrace new technology as the business evolves What's on Offer A high-visibility role within a business undergoing real transformation The opportunity to influence supply chain and broader operational outcomes at scale The opportunity to shape the role as it evolves, with real input into how S OP develops across the business Strong leadership around you and a management team that will back you to succeed A long-term career opportunity within a high-performing, ambitious organisation that is invested in developing its people How to Apply To apply online please click on the apply function.
