As a Claims Officer with Coal Mines Insurance (CMI), you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of claims-related administration and customer-service activities.
Your main responsibilities will include: Accurate and timely payment of accounts Registration of claims and early notifications Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner Active participation in ongoing projects under management About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: Business Administration Certificate (essential)
