We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Fitter to join our client at their Broadmeadows facility.
This is a varied, hands-on role coveringmechanical maintenance, stainless steel TIG welding, fabrication, equipment repairs and site improvements.
What you'll be doing Preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance.
Stainless steel TIG welding and fabrication.
Maintenance and refurbishment of tanks, fillers and processing equipment.
Maintenance of labelling machines and bulk fill equipment.
Fabrication and installation of gates and site infrastructure.
Equipment removal, modifications and site improvements.
Maintaining site maintenance and testing registers.
What we're looking for Qualified Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter or similar.




Strong TIG welding skills – stainless steel .
Solid mechanical and fabrication experience.
Chemical / Dangerous Goods experience is essential.
A practical, proactive approach to problem solving.
Someone who enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their work.
What's on offer?
38 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm Friday: 7:30am–1:30pm – early finish!
