As a Site Manager, you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience within residential construction, ideally working for a high-volume or project home builder.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing approximately *****+ homes concurrently.
Solid knowledge of detached residential construction from site start through to practical completion and handover.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and trades across a large portfolio of active sites.
Excellent programming, scheduling and organisational skills.
Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, quality standards and WHS requirements.




Ability to identify and resolve construction issues quickly while keeping builds progressing against programme.
Strong communication skills when dealing with trades, suppliers, internal teams and clients.
Current QBCC Supervisor Licence or relevant building licence highly regarded.
Current Australian Driver Licence.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has built their career within high-volume residential construction and understands what it takes to successfully manage a large portfolio of homes at different stages of the construction programme.
You'll take ownership of your sites from construction commencement through to handover, coordinating trades and suppliers, maintaining programme, conducting quality inspections and ensuring each home is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
