The practice has a multicultural and inclusive patient base and provides a broad range of primary healthcare services.
Physiotherapy is delivered within a multidisciplinary environment, giving you the opportunity to work closely with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals while developing strong internal referral relationships.
THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join the practice on either a full-time or part-time basis.
This will be structured as a Billings Share / FSA: Operate your own physiotherapy practice from within the medical centre and retain an agreed percentage of your billings , providing greater earning potential as your patient base grows.
Under the billings-share model, the practice provides the consulting room, equipment and consumables and manages much of the day-to-day administration, including appointments, confirmations, patient check-in and billing.




You'll also have access to central marketing support and opportunities to build referral relationships with the practice's GPs and Care Plan nurses.
This gives you the autonomy of running your own practice without having to establish and manage a standalone clinic.

Full time or part-time options Billings-share/FSA arrangement Established local practice with an existing patient population Strong referral opportunities through GPs and Care Plan nurses Fully equipped consulting room Administration, bookings and billing support Marketing support to assist with building your caseload Multidisciplinary clinical environment Five-day clinic availability, with potential for Saturday sessions ABOUT YOU A recognised Physiotherapy qualification Current AHPRA registration , or eligibility to obtain registration Experience appropriate to Health Professional Level 2 or Level 3 Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Confidence managing your own caseload Strong communication and patient-management skills An interest in working collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals Private practice or primary-care experience would be highly regarded, although applications are welcomed from Physiotherapists with relevant experience from other clinical settings.
