Beach Road Winery & Restaurant is seeking an experienced
Hospitality Manager
to join our leadership team.
As a family-owned winery and restaurant in the heart of McLaren Vale, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality across our restaurant, cellar door, weddings and private events. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate hospitality professional who can lead our front-of-house team and help shape the next chapter of Beach Road.
This is a leadership role working closely with the Owners, Head Chef and Weddings & Events Coordinator to deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting the continued growth of the business.
About the role
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and mentoring the front-of-house and hospitality support teams.
Recruitment, training, performance management and rostering.
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.




Managing daily restaurant operations and venue presentation.
Working collaboratively with our leadership and marketing teams to support promotions, events and business growth.
Building relationships within the regional tourism and hospitality industry.
What we offer
Flexible part time or full-time employment (up to 38 hours per week).
Flexibility around days and hours for the right candidate.
Weekend day availability is essential.
Primarily daytime operation with occasional weddings and evening events.
