Medical Administration Officer - Radiation Therapy • Ongoing, Part Time Role - 47 Hours per Fortnight • Location: Sunshine Hospital • Up to $76,764 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave At Peter Mac we aim to continuously improve cancer care, research and education across all cancers and for all people affected by cancer: changing lives, breaking new ground.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Medical Administration Officer to join our team at Sunshine Hospital.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive setting, where you will play a key part in providing excellent service to both patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver professional administrative support in a busy medical setting, ensuring efficient patient and provider interactions.
• Manage competing priorities with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of service and patient care.
Essential Qualifications Skills: • Proven experience working in a busy medical practice.
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record and Mosaiq is highly desirable.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle competing demands professionally and efficiently while ensuring the best possible service for patients and health professionals.
Work Schedule: • 8 hours on Monday, 7.5 hours on Wednesday and 8 hours on Friday over a 6-day fortnight.
• Flexibility is essential, with shift times ranging between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.




Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement *********.
Grade 2: Level 1 (HS2) $69,****** (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for part time) to Grade 2: Level 5 (HS21) $76,****** (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for part time), dependent on candidate experience.
