With a robust pipeline of opportunities, the business is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its pre-construction team in Melbourne's south-east.
The company offers a collaborative working environment where the estimating, construction and leadership teams work closely together throughout the tender and project lifecycle.
The Role As Estimator, you will manage tenders from initial review through to final submission.
You will prepare accurate and competitive estimates, coordinate subcontractor pricing and identify the key risks and opportunities associated with each project.
You will work across a mix of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects within the commercial and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Review tender documentation, drawings and specifications Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates and tender submissions Complete accurate quantity take-offs and trade scopes Issue subcontractor and supplier tender packages Analyse and compare subcontractor quotations Identify project risks, exclusions and value-management opportunities Attend site inspections,
