As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents.
You will provide person-centred care and support, assist with daily living activities, and promote residents' emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

You will be responsible for: Assisting residents with personal care including showering Supporting residents with meals Contributing to care planning with registered staff Documenting care and services provided to residents Engaging residents in meaningful activities #LI_DNI Requirements Minimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
Experience in similar role in aged care A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
