This is an exciting prospect for a motivated, experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner at Regional Victoria to join RAV.

We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role Reporting to the Centre Manager Shepparton , your responsibilities include providing family dispute resolution (FDR) to separating families, supporting clients to identify issues, develop options and reach agreements that prioritise the best interests of children.
This involves assessing the appropriateness of FDR, facilitating negotiation and conflict resolution, providing parent education and appropriate referrals, and supporting families to develop parenting or property agreements.
The role may also include Child Inclusive FDR Practice, professional training, group facilitation and student support.
While this role provides FDRP services to regional Victoria, there is the option for the successful candidate to provide these services flexibly, requesting to work from another of RAV's centres (see RAV centre locations), including Traralgon and Shepparton .
This role is full-time permanent working five (5) days per week with the expectation that Tuesday is an evening shift.
The base salary range is $101,948 - $109,287 (pro-rata) per annum .
About you Qualified and accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP),with a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution.
A tertiary qualification in social sciences (psychology, social work), law or dispute resolution or related field and/or substantial and demonstrable experience as a practicing FDRP is highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in family dispute resolution, including supporting separating families with parenting and property matters.
Experience working effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse clients, stakeholders and staff, with a commitment to inclusive and client-centred practice.
