This role is suited to a Site Supervisor who wants to be more than just a number, take genuine ownership of their projects and work closely with the leadership team.
The Role Reporting into the leadership team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of residential builds, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include: Supervising residential construction sites from start to completion Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers Managing site schedules,



quality and construction standards Ensuring sites are safe, organised and progressing to program Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders Identifying and resolving issues as they arise Maintaining strong relationships with trades and subcontractors The Like Mind We are looking for someone with a solid residential construction background who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership of their sites.
You will ideally bring: 3+ years' experience in residential construction Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar A carpentry background or trade qualification is highly regarded Strong understanding of residential construction processes Excellent communication and organisational skills A practical, hands-on approach The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get things done This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor who wants to join a growing business, have genuine ownership of their projects and be part of what comes next.
