We're partnering with one of Western Australia's most respected independent supermarket groups to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager for their City Beach location.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Store Manager, lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll coach and develop your team, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the store consistently achieves its commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of a busy supermarket Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team Drive sales, productivity and operational excellence Maintain exceptional merchandising and presentation standards Oversee inventory,



stock control and store compliance Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries Support recruitment, onboarding and team development Foster a positive, engaged and accountable team culture About You You'll be an energetic and hands-on retail leader who enjoys developing people and achieving outstanding results.
You'll bring : Previous leadership experience within supermarkets, grocery or large-format retail Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Duty Manager or Department Manager Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and team performance Excellent leadership and communication skills A customer-first mindset with a passion for operational excellence The ability to thrive in a quick-paced retail environment Why Join?
