Position Summary The Remote Travel Specialist works with clients to help coordinate and organize their travel plans from the initial planning stages through booking and follow-up.
This position combines customer service, travel coordination, and attention to detail to help ensure clients have an organized and positive planning experience.
Responsibilities Assist clients with selecting and coordinating travel arrangements Provide information and support regarding accommodations, transportation, activities, and itineraries Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging Review reservations and travel details to ensure information is accurate Coordinate with travel suppliers and partners regarding client arrangements Keep client information, booking details,
