About the role We are partnering with a leading luxury retail group to recruit an Experienced Assistant Store Manager – Womenswear for a concession-based location within a major Sydney CBD retail destination.
This is a high-accountability leadership role, operating with a level of autonomy similar to a Store Manager reporting directly to the Cluster Manager, they responsible for driving the performance of a womenswear business within one of the group's top-performing national locations.
You will operate in a premium retail setting where client experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence are critical to success.
The business is heavily investing in elevating service standards, strengthening clienteling, and building stable, high-performing retail teams — and is seeking leaders who can truly elevate the store experience.
What you'll be doing Leading and coaching a small womenswear concession team Driving daily sales performance, KPIs, and commercial outcomes Delivering a premium, elevated client experience in a luxury retail environment Developing strong clienteling behaviours and long-term customer relationships Managing rostering, floor coverage,



and daily operational execution Supporting performance management and accountability conversations Maintaining high visual merchandising and concession standards within a premium retail environment Acting as a key commercial leader within a flagship concession location About you We are looking for a confident, commercially driven retail leader who thrives in high-performance luxury environments.
