What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same!
You will be empowering our clients in Rockhampton by: Supporting individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments.
Facilitating Community Access, helping clients engage in local activities and explore new opportunities.
Providing compassionate In-Home Support to help clients maintain their independence.
Assisting with Sleepover shifts to ensure our clients feel safe and supported 24/7.

You're a Team Player: you enjoy collaborating with a driven, local team to provide high-quality care.
The Essentials (What You Need) NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (or a willingness to obtain them (no card, no work)).
Ability to work weekends and overnight sleep shifts.
Experience with clients on PBSPs or other complex needs.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
A valid Driver's License, reliable car, and current registration/insurance.
Cert III or IV in Disability/Individual Support is highly regarded, but not essential if you are willing to learn!
