Renowned home builder operating for over 30+ years seeking a Site Supervisor Southwest Sydney locations $125k + super, fully maintained vehicle extras Southwest locations (Austral, Leppington etc.) $110,000 - $125,000 plus super, fully maintained vehicle extras pending experience Annual salary reviews and bonuses About the Company Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, dual occupancy homes, and house and land packages in Sydney for the last 30 + years, building over 500 homes annually.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the construction team based in the Southwest region.
About the Role Duties will include:



Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover Liaising with trades and sub-contractors Checking material orders Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time Undertake project quality assurance Manage defective work Complete detailed daily site diaries Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH S legislation's What You Need Certificate III in Carpentry Certificate IV in Building and Construction is essential (currently undertaking or completed) Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Home Builder Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail orientated and a strong understanding of the NCC BCA Current drivers license The Benefits $110,000 - $125,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained vehicle, tablet and mobile (salary pending experience) Extensive training and career development opportunities provided by the company Ongoing professional development opportunities across the wider business Annual salary reviews and bonuses offered across the business Strong pipeline of work Opportunity to work with an established and award winning residential home builder and developer If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on ************ for a confidential chat.
