Make a real difference to the community in caring for all ages through the support of Occupational Therapy.
Duties and Tasks; Working with the team of health professionals in assisting patients with rehabilitation and treatment plans assigned Providing all reports to key stakeholders with progress updates on patients Liaising with service providers and community agencies ensuring ultimate care for both patients and clients alike Effective communication of treatment plans with patients to be able to provide patients confidence in abilities.




Requirements For this role you must have; Occupational Therapy degree and ideally with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency 3 - 5 years Occupational Therapy experience in a relevant industry Strong communication skills both verbally and written Able to work both autonomously and within a team agile Police Clearance within 12 months - Essential Working with Children Check - Essential Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport What's in it for you?
