Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical care and support to residents requiring palliative and end-of-life care Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive palliative care plans Offer emotional and arrange spiritual support to residents and their families during this sensitive time Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures Act as a clinical leader and mentor to the nursing team, sharing your expertise and experience Actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance palliative care practices What We're Looking For Registered Nurse with a post-graduate qualification in palliative care Minimum of 5 years' experience in a palliative or end-of-life care setting Demonstrated expertise in managing complex symptoms and providing comfort-focused care Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathetically support residents and their families Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously Passion for delivering the highest quality of care and a commitment to continuous professional development If the answer is 'yes' to these questions, please submit your application today, we will begin interviewing as soon as we receive applications so don't delay.
