About this Role Our Workplace Relations team provides trusted advice on employee and industrial relations matters, partnering with leaders to solve problems, manage risks and achieve positive outcomes.
We help create a workplace culture that balances compliance, fairness and high performance.
As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you'll work closely coaching leaders in our Customer division with practical, best-practice advice and case management support across a range of employment matters, including performance, conduct issues and disciplinary processes.
This is a six (6) month max term contract opportunity based in Docklands with a hybrid working environment of 2-3 days per week in the office.
About you Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, with strong experience in HR and/or Employee Relations.
Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Agreements and the Fair Work Act **** (Clth) within frontline,



retail, customer service/call centre environments Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across corporate and operational environments.
Ability to research complex issues, provide practical advice, and coach and influence leaders on workplace relations matters and performance improvement plans.
Experience supporting workplace relations initiatives that strengthen people risk management, compliance and organisational culture.
