Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments Deliver recovery-focused nursing care and therapeutic interventions Administer and manage medications safely and effectively Monitor, evaluate and document patient progress Facilitate psychoeducation and therapeutic group programs Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care Support patients,
