What does the job look like?
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities from opportunity through to operational handover.
You'll work closely with teams across Business Development, Operations, Commercial, Customer Service and Finance to ensure projects remain on track, risks are managed and stakeholders remain informed throughout the implementation journey.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain project plans, action registers, risk logs and implementation trackers.
Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
Support the delivery of new customer implementations and business transition projects.
Prepare project documentation including status reports, governance packs, implementation plans and customer onboarding materials.
Monitor project milestones and escalate potential risks, delays or issues.
Coordinate information and inputs from multiple stakeholders across the business.
Support operational readiness activities including systems, processes, resources and communications.
Maintain accurate project records and reporting to ensure visibility of progress, dependencies and risks.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced setting where you can coordinate multiple priorities at once.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in project coordination, project administration, logistics, supply chain, customer service or a similar business support role.
Experience supporting projects, implementations, business improvements or change initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience preparing project documentation, status reports, action registers and meeting minutes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Lists and Teams.
