Leading company in its field Based in Melbourne cbd / Inner suburbs Permanent roles Green Light Australia are looking to engage a Finance Business Partners and Finance Managers with extensive Finance Business Partnering and Financial Planning and Analysis experience to join their team.
Responsibilities Partner with executive and senior business leaders to provide strategic financial advice and commercial decision support.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Deliver accurate financial forecasts and performance analysis to drive business outcomes.
Provide commercial insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
Meet stakeholders to translate financial data into clear business recommendations and Identify, assess, and communicate business risks and opportunities Develop and maintain advanced financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
Monitor and manage P L performance, including revenue, margins, costs, and profitability drivers.
Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through data-driven analysis and constructive stakeholder engagement.
Support investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives.
Lead the preparation and delivery of executive-level financial reporting and presentations.
Coach, mentor, and develop Finance Business Partnering team members to build capability and performance.
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, systems, processes, and performance management practices.
Requirements Extensive experience in similar role as a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager or FB A Manager for large corporate companies Retail and FMCG industry experience will be seen as advantageous Extensive experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP A,



or commercial finance roles.
Proven ability to partner effectively with executive, commercial, operational, and senior leadership stakeholders.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
Demonstrated experience managing and influencing business and P L performance.
Advanced financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning capabilities.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to present to and challenge senior leaders constructively.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals and teams.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems.
