National Networks Plus is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient or Advanced level) to join our growing allied health team in a maternity leave contract position .
This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about improving the quality of life of people living with disability and enjoys working within a supportive, cooperative, and values-driven organisation.
About the Role You will work with NDIS participants, families, support teams and stakeholders to: Conduct functional behaviour assessments Develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans Implement strategies that reduce restrictive practices Provide training and support to carers and support workers Monitor outcomes and prepare NDIS reporting requirements Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment About You To be successful, you will:
