Description About the role We are looking for a Certificate III qualified Educator to join a Thrive room team.
You will work alongside experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child's learning, and to give every child individual attention, comfort and a real sense of belonging.
What you will do Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework Record observations of children to support program planning Implement daily care routines and maintain a secure, healthy environment Support the inclusion of children with additional needs, children with disabilities, Aboriginal children and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families Work in line with the National Quality Framework, food safety requirements and Thrive's policies What you will bring Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, ACECQA approved, or actively working towards it A current Working with Children Check for the state the role is based in Current First Aid qualification Skills,



knowledge and training in food safety and hygienic food handling Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current practice in early childhood The ability to work as part of a team, take direction and seek support when you need it About Thrive Thrive Early Learning Centres operate across New South Wales and Victoria.
