KPIs and store performance Create inspiring visual merchandising displays Maintain outstanding store presentation and operational excellence Build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture Manage rostering, stock and day-to-day operations Lead your team with passion, energy and authenticity About You You'll be an inspiring leader who enjoys creating beautiful retail environments and helping people feel at home.
