Call Centre Customer Service Team Leader Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Brisbane (North-East of CBD) $85k - $90k+ Super I Full Time Parking on Site I 8am to 4pm Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Care Lead, to guide their customer service team across service delivery, customer support, issue resolution and customer experience outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems and creating positive customer outcomes.
