CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for our client at a unique remote operation in the Northern Territory.
This role will suit an organised and proactive maintenance professional with experience in maintenance planning, CMMS systems, facilities or asset management, and contractor coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and coordinating preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities across a large and diverse operation, while supporting the Technical Services team to ensure maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance schedules Create and manage detailed maintenance work orders Plan and prioritise unscheduled maintenance and breakdowns Maintain accurate asset information, maintenance history and technical records Manage and maintain the site's CMMS Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians, supervisors, contractors and external service providers Allocate appropriate personnel and equipment for scheduled maintenance activities Liaise with service technicians regarding completed and upcoming works Support contractor management, fleet-related work orders and maintenance administration Conduct asset audits, reporting and maintenance system updates Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime Ensure maintenance activities comply with relevant safety requirements and procedures Provide support to the Technical Services team and assist with supervisor coverage when required Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in maintenance planning,
