You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, lead and mentor your team, and ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of aged care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive assessments and lead evidence-based care strategies.Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records using our electronic health systems.Leadership: Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and performance support to care staff, students, and volunteers; assist with rostering.Compliance: Ensure our service meets all legislative, accreditation,
and safety standards.Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external health providers.About YouYou are a motivated, compassionate Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of clinical experience and a natural aptitude for leadership.
You are deeply committed to aged care and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for our residents.Essential Requirements:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Minimum 12 months of clinical experience.Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work a rotating roster (AM, PM, and Night Duty).
Current CPR certification and a valid Australian Driver's License.Robust interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.Valid Australian Work Rights (including New Zealand Citizens; sponsorship is unavailable for this role).
