We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Line Operators to join our Production team at our Truganina site.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering fixed 12-hour shifts, overtime opportunities and long-term career growth within a growing national business.
About The Role
As a Line Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate safely and efficiently while delivering high-quality products to our customers.
You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring packaging machinery, maintaining production standards, identifying issues before they become problems, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
* Complete quality checks and ensure products meet specification
* Identify and report safety, quality and equipment issues
* Troubleshoot basic machine faults and assist with adjustments
* Conduct production line checks and monitor machine performance
* Complete production records and reporting requirements
* Assist with machine changeovers and routine maintenance activities
* Maintain housekeeping standards across the production area
* Adhere to all safety,



quality and food safety requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
* Experience operating production or packaging machinery
* Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach to safety and quality
* The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
* A willingness to learn and take initiative
* A current Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
* Experience working within food and beverage manufacturing environments (advantageous)
