Founded in **** in Chinchilla, TE Engineering Line Boring delivers expert on-site line boring, fabrication, machining, and maintenance services across Queensland and Northern NSW.

With a new facility and in-house CNC and fabrication capabilities, TE Engineering provides agile, solutions-focused support to the mining, civil, construction, and CSG sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working towards the successful completion of your MEM***** Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade and becoming a fully qualified tradesperson.
Job Details In this role, you will work under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding while supporting tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Prepare metal components through cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication techniques Assist in welding tasks, including TIG and MIG welding, under supervision Support experienced tradespeople with the assembly, fitting,
and repair of metal structures Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and basic workshop machinery safely and efficiently Follow workshop safety procedures and contribute to a clean and organised workspace Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Benefits Full-time contract with annual and personal leave entitlements Weekly pay for consistent earnings Access to personalised 1:1 mentoring Prospect to access Government subsidy payments up to $2,500 during the apprenticeship About You We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and has a genuine interest in the engineering and fabrication industry.
