Trade, Interiors Wholesale Manager | Albury This is a hands-on Store Manager role with a respected trade and interiors business servicing retail and commercial customers across Albury.
You will lead a small team in the showroom and liaise with businesses spanning across a wide range of industries and sectors to grow local accounts and become a trusted point of contact for trades including builders, renovators and specialist coating customers.
You are a practical, credible leader who enjoys building genuine rapport, and the pace of trade retail.
You will be detail orientated and a self-motivated learner who can coach a team, follow up leads with urgency, manage stock and quotes, build strong local relationships and speak to solutions confidently with painters, builders, applicators, fabricators and project customers.
Your responsibilities will include: Own store performance across sales, service and daily operations Lead and develop a capable team that your local customers trust Build local trade accounts and uncover new project opportunities Maintain compliance to policy and procedure in store operations Follow up leads urgently and covert quotes into repeat business Successful applicants will have: Paint, coatings,



trade retail or industrial experience highly regarded Proven sales results in showroom, branch or BDM-style setting Strong product knowledge or alignment across interiors and trade Confident with systems, reporting, calendars and basic technology Practical, effective communicator who builds trust with customers And in return, you will receive: Full time stability - max 44 hrs per week, averaged over 4 weeks Own a specialist showroom with trade, retail and industrial reach Work with painters, builders, renovators and local projects Supplier support, product training and monthly state meetings Real autonomy, community connection and sales growth potential This is a fantastic opportunity for long term leadership in a specialist trade showroom with a strong local customer connection!
