As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead service, sales, merchandising, operations and team development in a large, fast-paced cosmetics environment.
You're a polished, hands-on retail leader who loves the floor as much as the figures.
You bring YEARS of experience leading large teams, solid communication, calm professionalism and a genuine passion for beauty.
And most importantly: you know how to coach, lift standards, read sales trends and create a team and shopping experience customers want to come back to...!
