About the role Mercy Community Services have an prospect for an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join the team.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in Toowoomba This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administration Officer who is passionate about high-level admin support, process and business improvements and possesses excellent time management skills.
Hourly rate: (SCHADS L4) plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available What you'll be doing Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Communities, your primary duties will include: Provide general and financial administration management support to the EGM, Regional Director, Senior Manager(s) and staff Review and recommend improvements across relevant policies, procedures, work instructions and processes Coordinate IT support and e-filing system requirements across the region Ensure documentation and reports are accurate and maintained Support management and reporting of complaints and incidents Prioritise and manage tasks to ensure all administration, finance, client and program needs are met and the staff are supported as required Other duties as directed About you As the successful applicant, you will possess: Proven experience as a Senior Administration Officer Knowledge of accounts reconciliation, petty cash and other relevant finance transactions Demonstrates high level of attention to detail and very high standards of accuracy Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and complete work within established deadlines.
Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and experience in working collaboratively as a productive team member You will hold a current Queensland Provisional Green (P2)
