Assisting residents with personal care including showering Supporting residents with meals Contributing to care planning with registered staff Documenting care and services provided to residents Engaging residents in meaningful activities #LI-DNI Requirements Minimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support Experience in similar role in aged care (Minimum 2 years) A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Adaptable to do AM/PM and night shifts Must have full working rights
