Bulk item pick packers needed Casual | Truganina VIC **** AU Date Posted: ********** Action Workforce are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with RF scanning experience to join a large, well-known Distribution Centre based in Truganina, Western Suburbs.
We are seeking experienced, reliable candidates who are physically fit and comfortable handling large and bulky items weighing up to 25kg+, including items that may require a two-person lift.
You must be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and overtime opportunities during busy peak periods.
Available Shifts AM Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm Night Shift: 10:00pm – 5:00am Monday to Friday, with overtime when required.
Successful applicants require:



Ability to lift and handle large and bulky items up to 25kg+ repeatedly Previous RF scanning and picking experience Pallet jack experience Positive understanding of manual handling procedures Tugger experience (not essential) Full availability and reliability Excellent attention to detail Ability to work to KPIs with strong time management skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment What We Offer This role is perfect for someone who is keen to work for a highly reputable company focused on the safety, development and growth of its hosted employees.
