Based in Silverwater, you'll join a credit credit team with a genuinely great culture and a manager who values support, development, and accuracy.
About the Role: Working as part of the Credit Team, you'll take ownership of a broad range of AR and credit tasks.
The role is customer‐service focused and offers strong variety day‐to‐day — from processing payments to resolving queries and supporting collections during busy periods.
You will be involved in: Banking allocations — high‐volume payment processing and accuracy across the ledger Account reconciliations and maintaining clean, up‐to‐date records Posting journals and credit notes Opening new accounts — credit applications, checks,



and data entry Credit limit reviews and ensuring compliance with credit policies Query resolution — liaising with branches, sales teams, and customers Assisting with collections — outbound/inbound calls and email follow‐up Releasing orders and ensuring accounts are up to date Collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues About You Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Strong administration capability with excellent accuracy and attention to detail Confident working with volume and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organised with strong time‐management skills Clear communicator who builds rapport with internal and external stakeholders Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team Why This Role: You'll work with a supportive Manager who values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
