Job Description The HELF Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of HELF service uptake and ongoing subscriptions, including agreements, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate service registers.
The role ensures annual and ad-hoc reviews are completed while delivering high-quality, empathetic, and timely customer service to prospective clients, in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
In this role you are responsible for managing resident enquiries and delivering high - quality customer service related to Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services.
This role is a Permanent Part -time role,



72 hours over a 9-day fortnight.
Key Responsibilities Manage the HELF program and offering Support residents and families to choose Manage agreements and compliance Coordinate delivery and billing Protect residents and uphold standards Desired Skills and Experience What You'll Bring Essential Experience in aged care, customer service, finance/administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, aged care fees and the Aged Care Act.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information simply.
High attention to detail with solid administration and record-keeping skills.
Desirable Experience with residential aged care funding, billing or additional/extra services.
Familiarity with HELF or aged care management and billing systems.
Knowledge of the aged care regulatory and compliance environment.
