Why this role exists
AC3's Cyber Security Practice is growing its Professional and Managed Services portfolio. This specialized sales role exists to open new cyber opportunities, shape practical customer solutions and convert qualified demand into sustainable revenue for the practice. This is an individual contributor sales specialist role working closely with the Head of Cyber Security, cyber team members, account teams and partners to identify, progress and win new business across cyber advisory, project-based professional services and managed security services.
A day in your life will include...
Build and manage a qualified cyber sales pipeline across Professional Services and Managed Services opportunities
Work with the Head of Cyber Security to target accounts, prioritize opportunities and shape territory plans
Lead discovery with customers/prospects to understand cyber risk, regulatory drivers, operational pain points and buying criteria
Shape compelling proposals, statements of work and managed service offers with AC3 SMEs and delivery teams
Coordinate sales, pre-sales, delivery, legal and finance stakeholders to progress deals and remove blockers
Present AC3's cyber capability, differentiators and service outcomes to prospects and existing customers
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasts, next steps, close plans and stakeholder maps
Support tender/RFP responses and partner-led campaigns where cyber expertise is required
Experience
Essential
Proven B2B sales, business development or sales specialist experience in IT, cyber security, cloud or managed services
Demonstrated success generating, progressing and closing new business




Experience working with technical SMEs to shape solutions, proposals and commercial offers
Confidence engaging executive, technical and commercial stakeholders
Strong pipeline, forecast, CRM and deal governance discipline
Consultative selling and discovery skills, translating customer risk and business drivers into AC3 cyber outcomes
Commercial acumen, negotiation and proposal writing capability
Ability to collaborate closely with the Head of Cyber Security, cyber consultants, delivery teams and account managers
Strong relationship building with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
Self-starter with disciplined planning, prioritization and follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication; confident presenting AC3's cyber capability
High attention to detail across CRM, forecasts, pricing inputs and handover documentation
