This role has a full remit - strategy, brand, campaigns, digital, customer experience, team leadership and budget.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside the Executive Leadership Team to drive brand growth, strengthen market presence and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across multiple business units.

You know how to build trust in a category where credibility matters, how to navigate regulatory nuance in communications, and how to connect product efficacy to compelling brand storytelling that converts.
What you'll lead: Own the Group-wide marketing strategy across multiple brands and business units, keeping it tightly aligned to overall business objectives Build and manage annual marketing plans, budgets and performance targets across all entities Drive integrated campaign execution across digital, traditional, trade and retail channels - product launches, seasonal campaigns and customer acquisition Shape and protect brand strategy, ensuring consistency and clear differentiation across the portfolio Lead digital marketing across website performance, SEO, social, email, content and search Champion customer experience strategy - deepening engagement, improving retention and growing lifetime value Develop and inspire a high-performing marketing team through hands-on mentoring,
