Web Administrator Company: AAA Radiators Location: Croydon Park, NSW **** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $82,000–$95,000 per annum plus superannuation Classification: Information Communication Technology – Web Development Production About the Business AAA Radiators is an Australian family business with over 40 years' experience supplying automotive cooling, air-conditioning, lighting, and electrical parts, including radiators, intercoolers, condensers, and headlights, to trade customers nationally.
Operating distribution warehouses across NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA, we support mechanical workshops and commercial fleet operators.
Our B2B e-commerce platform gives trade clients access to thousands of components, trade pricing, and effective online ordering.
As our digital operations continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Web Administrator to maintain and improve the accuracy, reliability, and usability of these customer-facing digital systems.
About the Role The Web Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AAA Radiators' website and B2B platform.
Working with sales, warehouse, procurement, customer service teams, and external technology providers, the Web Administrator ensures our ordering channels remain accurate, reliable, and user-friendly.
This position focuses on CMS management, catalogue maintenance, front-end updates, website functionality, and platform usability.
The role works alongside our internal IT team, which manages broader infrastructure, database, and system development activities.




Key Responsibilities Website Administration Content Management Manage website updates, CMS administration, storefront configuration, and ongoing improvements to customer-facing digital content.
Maintain website pages, navigation structures, and product information while documenting content changes.
Perform front-end visual checks to ensure website content and layouts display correctly before publishing.
Identify website content, display, and usability issues, coordinating appropriate resolutions with internal and external teams.
Digital Catalogue E-Commerce Support Maintain accuracy of a large online catalogue, uploading descriptions, specifications, images, and technical documentation.
Manage customer account features, including trade customer account registrations, login access, and pricing visibility settings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure live storefront information accurately reflects active inventory.
Support front-end improvements to product search, filtering, navigation, and online ordering layouts.
Technical Coordination Escalation Monitor storefront uptime, page performance, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
Maintain website access settings, SSL renewals, and website-level security settings.




Document display errors and broken links, and escalate database synchronisation issues or API faults to the IT team.
Monitor analytics and apply basic SEO practices to improve customer experience and site visibility.
Skills, Experience Qualifications Minimum one year work experience maintaining commercial websites, customer portals, e-commerce platforms, or digital catalogues.
Experience with CMS tools, e-commerce administration, and high-volume B2B or wholesale platforms.
Solid attention to detail, organisational skills, and clear cross-team communication skills.
Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Web Development, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for website maintenance and front-end updates.
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
Understanding of hosting, domain management, SSL setups, Google Analytics, and technical SEO.
Ability to evaluate user interfaces, identify layout issues, and document storefront anomalies.
