What You'll Be Doing Recent business development — identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities across domestic and international tourism markets Partner relationship management — nurturing key relationships with wholesalers, inbound operators, tourism bodies, and education groups Market planning — developing and executing market plans to grow visitation and revenue Proposal package creation — preparing tailored proposals, group packages,



and event offerings that meet partner needs Channel expansion — opening new distribution channels and reactivating prior business Revenue growth — driving commercial outcomes through strategic engagement and targeted conversion Education events conversion — securing bookings About You Tourism industry experience — background in tourism, travel, attractions, or hospitality sales Relationship builder — confident engaging with partners at all levels, from operators to government bodies Commercial mindset — strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, and market positioning Proactive strategic — able to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and execute market plans Strong communicator — persuasive, polished, and comfortable presenting proposals and packages This is a standout opportunity to join a respected tourism group and influence market growth.
