About the Role Multiple leadership opportunities are now available across high-volume stores located in Auburn, Marsden Park and Hoxton Park.
Whether you're an experienced Retail Manager or Assistant Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in leading teams, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
These are hands-on leadership positions offering genuine autonomy, structured development and the opportunity to progress within a growing national retailer.
Key Responsibilities Retail Manager Lead front-of-house operations and drive sales floor performance.
Manage labour budgets, rostering and daily team productivity.
Coach and develop team members while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.




Monitor key performance indicators and adjust resources to achieve business objectives.
Assistant Retail Manager Act as Manager on Duty, leading daily floor operations.
Support and coach retail team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee checkout operations, stock recovery and merchandising standards.
Maintain operational compliance, safety and loss prevention procedures.
About You Previous leadership experience within a high-volume retail, hospitality or quick-service environment.
Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams.
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and operational performance.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style.
