Your new role
You will take ownership of the firm's operations and play a key role in its growth. This is a leadership position where you will manage systems, people, and processes to deliver speed, accuracy, and exceptional client experience.
Oversee job allocation, deadlines, and resource planning to ensure smooth delivery.
Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and coach staff for higher productivity.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and client satisfaction programs
Ensure ATO/ASIC lodgements, trust account management, and professional standards are met.
Monitor WIP, recovery rates, billing, and debtor control to maintain profitability.
Drive digital transformation using Xero, FYI,



and other cloud tools for faster turnaround.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and leave management.
Prepare management reports and contribute to budgeting and growth planning.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years in an accounting firm
Proven experience in practice management or senior operations
Strong knowledge of Xero, ASIC or ATO and practice management tools
Leadership skills and a process-driven mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skills
