Expression of Interest (EOI) WestLink Workforce is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Pipe Fitters for upcoming workshop-based opportunities located in the Henderson Strip.
Working on behalf of our client, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of various sizes of pipework across a range of exotic materials and associated piping components.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication & Fit-Up: Cut, bevel, and fit up pipes in accordance with isometric drawings.
Assembly: Assemble pipe spools, including all valves and associated instruments.
Installation: Collaborate with other trades (including riggers) to position and erect pipes of various sizes.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in a secure, clean condition, ensuring proper storage when not in use.
General Workshop Duties: Perform other general workshop and trade-related duties as required.




About You To be considered for future placements, you will hold the following qualifications and experience:
Trade Qualification: Recognized Australian Trade Certificate.
Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in Pipe Fitting.
(Previous construction experience within the mining and resources sector is highly desirable).
Licences & Tickets: High Risk Work Licence with EWP (WP)
Current Work Safely at Heights Certificate Nationally Recognized Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card)
Current valid Driver's License
Health & Safety: Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
