What You'll Be Doing
We're building something special across iSelect and Compare the Market, and our L&D; Manager has a big part to play!
Working across our multiple contact centres means stepping into the heart of our business - where energy is high, teamwork is strong and customer moments matter. You'll also partner closely with our corporate teams to elevate capability and support leaders right across the organisation. There's plenty of momentum, variety and opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll bring this to life through:
Leading and developing a talented L&D; team -
Create a supportive, energised environment where your small but mighty team can do great work and grow their skills
Designing capability-lifting learning
- Build programs that grow confidence in current skills with a solid focus on technology and systems including AI as well as shaping leadership pathways in partnership with our Head of Learning and OD
Own and elevate onboarding
- Oversee onboarding and training for multiple contact centres, ensuring new starters feel welcomed, confident and set up for success
Creating modern, engaging content
- Use contemporary tools to design practical, relevant learning people enjoy and can apply straight away
Driving improvement through data and insights -
Use feedback,



evaluation frameworks and performance data to refine programs and show clear impact
Business partnering -
Collaborate closely with our leaders and external experts to align capability needs and bring in vendors where they add real value
Owning our mandatory training and LMS
- Keep compliance on track, maintain accurate, user-friendly- learning systems and give leaders clear visibility of progress
Managing the L&D; budget with purpose -
Allocate resources thoughtfully to maximise impact and ensure sustainable, high value learning solutions

Proven experience in a contact centre environment (to help you hit the ground running)
Hands-on design and delivery of learning that lifts capability and results
A natural ability to build relationships and influence leaders
The ability to turn strategy into practical, measurable learning solutions
A strong grasp of customer, operational and commercial performance drivers
Confidence using LMS data and insights to guide decisions and show clear impact
Experience leading teams to execute scalable, sustainable L&D; programs
