Your new role
This position offers ownership of a high volume, process driven workflow with exposure to both residential and commercial property matters. With robust systems and digital processes in place, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and consistency across a well managed practice.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing digital document execution and PEXA sign offs




Handling residential and commercial property documentation
Maintaining accuracy across a streamlined, high volume workflow
Collaborating with a supportive team of lawyers and conveyancing professionals

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:
2-5 years PQE in property or real estate law
Strong drafting skills and close attention to detail
Experience handling high volume matters
A steady, process driven approach
Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset
Experience from a mid tier or top tier environment is valued but not essential.
