We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Sydney's CBD to recruit an
Accounts Receivable Officer
on a
temp-to-perm basis
. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team and step into a role with strong long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process
Raising and issuing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
Following up on outstanding invoices and managing debtor collections
Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations
Maintaining accurate records within the finance system
About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance Officer role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator when liaising with internal and external stakeholders




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Intermediate Excel skills preferred
