The Opportunity
This is not your typical multi-client bookkeeping role.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end bookkeeping function for one of the firm's major clients, becoming a trusted financial support to their leadership team. You'll work closely with both the client and the accounting firm's senior advisors, giving you exposure beyond pure transactional processing.
It's a role with responsibility, visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end bookkeeping
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Payroll processing and superannuation
BAS preparation and lodgements
Cash flow monitoring and reporting
Liaising directly with key stakeholders




Supporting the accounting team during month-end and year-end
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years' bookkeeping experience (ideally within public practice or servicing multiple entities)
Is confident managing a full function autonomously
Has strong experience with Xero (MYOB experience also considered)
Understands GST, BAS and compliance requirements
Communicates professionally and builds strong client relationships
Enjoys working in a close-knit, supportive team
