About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide review, analysis, and implementation of customer service delivery solutions to improve business capability
Manage the complaints process to resolution within specified timelines and quality, ensuring this is within WorkSafe and Allianz procedures via reviews, report analysis, and coaching in consultation with the Customer Service Team Leader
Manage the Customer Service email inbox and Customer Inbound calls within required timeframes and quality expectations
Identify opportunities for service improvement
Maintain high level of service delivery with all stakeholders (internal and external)
Manage release of call recordings upon request from external parties
About you
Experience within workers compensation or personal injury management preferred a preferencE
Experience in a direct customer service role
Capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence
Familiarity with MS Office products
