We are growing our rapid response and organisational wellbeing services and are seeking a fulltime Registered Psychologist to join our Subiaco team as a Critical Incident Responder.
Your new role
As a Psychologist specialising in Critical Incident Response, you will provide immediate support to workplaces experiencing traumatic or challenging events. You will:
Deliver onsite and remote psychological first aid after critical incidents
Provide individual and group support, stabilisation and psychoeducation
Support managers and leaders in responding to workplace incidents
Participate in the afterhours mobilisation roster (two out of every three weeks)
Attend client sites across Perth and regional WA, sometimes at short notice
Build strong relationships with client organisations and communicate clearly during highpressure events
Complete timely, accurate documentation and followup support
Provide EAP counselling, wellbeing services and assessments when working from the office (secondary to CIR duties)
About you
Registered Psychologist with full AHPRA registration
Confident supporting clients experiencing trauma, distress or acute stress
Comfortable with regular travel and attending workplaces onsite and responding at short notice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Full Australian working rights
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
Current driver's licence
